Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in project management.
• Experience managing IT projects in Court, Judicial, Justice, Government, or Public Sector organizations.
• Proven experience with enterprise application development and support projects.
• Familiarity with Java, .NET, IBM iSeries/AS400, and enterprise databases.
• Experience managing Agile and Waterfall delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from initiation to deployment and support.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
• Serve as the main contact for stakeholders, vendors, and teams.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and project status communications.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communication plans.
• Oversee development projects using various technologies and coordinate digital transformation efforts.
