Oil & Gas Superintendent to oversee field operations, ensure project completion, maintain safety standards, and supervise crews on oil and gas construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with
tank battery installations,
flow line installations, and managing multiple crews in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Supervise daily oil and gas construction operations.
- Manage and coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, and equipment.
- Oversee tank battery installation projects from start to finish.
- Direct and monitor flow line installation activities.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Conduct safety meetings, site inspections, and job hazard analyses.
- Track project schedules, manpower, and productivity.
- Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, and field crews.
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
- Resolve field issues and maintain efficient project execution.
Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of Superintendent experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Demonstrated experience with tank battery installations and flow line installations.
- OSHA 10 Certification required (OSHA 30 preferred).
- Strong leadership and crew management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of oilfield construction safety standards and best practices.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and travel to job sites as needed.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
