Location: New York/Atlanta, GA/Chicago, ILJob Description- Lead and mentor a team of Guidewire developers; ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Design, configure, and customize Guidewire (PolicyCenter) modules.
- Develop business rules, workflows, and UI using Gosu & Guidewire Studio.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices and standards.
- Manage integrations with external systems (APIs, messaging, etc.).
- Support testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system performance.
- Maintain documentation and participate in Agile/Scrum activities
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8+ years of Guidewire configuration/customization experience
- Hands-on with PolicyCenter (BillingCenter/ClaimCenter preferred)
- Proven experience leading teams and delivering Guidewire projects
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $125,000 - $145,000/Annum
