Job Summary
We are seeking a Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration Developer with hands-on experience in PolicyCenter configuration, Gosu, PCF, and Product Model. The role involves implementing business requirements, supporting integrations, and delivering high-quality Guidewire solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Guidewire PolicyCenter using Gosu, PCF, and Product Model.
- Develop policy lifecycle functions including submissions, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements.
- Configure coverages, conditions, exclusions, and business rules.
- Develop UI screens, validations, workflows, and underwriting rules.
- Support integrations via SOAP/REST services, messaging, and plugins.
- Perform unit testing, defect resolution, code reviews, and production support.
- Collaborate with business, QA, and architecture teams.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $140,000 - $160,000/Annum
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
