Full Job Description
This Role

We're looking for a GTM Strategy & Ops teammate to help Finch design, scale, and optimize the systems that power our growth. You'll operate at the intersection of revenue, product, and strategy - tackling the most important questions in the business: Where do we grow next? What will it take to win? And how do we get there faster?

You'll partner with our founders, sales, and product to turn insight into execution, driving projects that shape Finch's go-to-market motion, accelerate revenue, and deepen relationships with our most strategic customers.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, loves getting close to customers, and wants a front-row seat to scaling a generational company from the inside out.

What You'll Do
  • Own high-impact strategic projects - from new product launches to pricing strategy to GTM experiments that open up entirely new markets.
  • Work directly with our sales leader and biggest customers to uncover new revenue opportunities, shape product direction, and translate insights into action.
  • Design and optimize Finch's growth engine - align people, process, and data to drive predictable revenue and scalable operations.
  • Build the systems behind the story - dashboards, metrics, and feedback loops that make growth measurable and repeatable.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product to connect strategy to execution and ensure every team is pulling toward the same outcomes.
  • Translate chaos into clarity - break down ambiguous challenges into crisp, actionable plans that deliver impact fast.
  • Help craft Finch's GTM narrative - how we position, price, and win as we move from product-market fit to category leadership.
  • Execute ruthlessly - you won't just model ideas; you'll ship them, measure them, and scale what works.

Who We Have in Mind
Must-Haves
  • 2-8 years of experience in GTM strategy, BizOps, consulting, finance, or revenue operations at a fast-growing SaaS or tech company.
  • Strategic and execution-oriented - equally comfortable in the boardroom and the spreadsheet.
  • A bias for action - you turn hypotheses into impact, fast.
  • Thrive in ambiguous, high-velocity environments where priorities shift and outcomes matter more than titles.
  • Love working on revenue-critical problems - pricing, pipeline, forecasting, customer strategy.
  • Customer-obsessed - you want to get close to the firms using Finch, understand their business, and use that knowledge to drive growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Economics, etc.).
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience in management consulting, finance, venture, or startup strategy roles.
  • Experience working closely with founders or exec teams to shape company direction.
This Role Might Not Be For You If
  • You need a clearly scoped lane - this role's priorities and inputs will shift as fast as the business does.
  • You'd rather hand off the model than own what happens after it ships - this role expects you to execute and measure, not just recommend.
  • You're not comfortable being customer-facing - a real chunk of this is sitting directly with Finch's law firm partners.
