About the Role
Affirm is seeking a highly strategic and action-oriented GTM Strategy & Operations Manager to help scale and optimize how we bring products and partnerships to market. This individual will drive cross-functional initiatives across Product, Revenue, Pricing, Risk, and Legal teams, helping identify opportunities, solve complex business problems, and translate strategy into execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, can bring structure to complex business challenges, and has a track record of driving cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution.

What You'll Do
  • Support product go-to-market execution for Revenue teams by helping translate product strategy into actionable plans.
  • Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Legal, Pricing, and Revenue teams to support alignment on go-to-market execution.
  • Support field and launch readiness efforts, ensuring materials and processes are aligned with go-to-market plans.
  • Assist in translating product and marketing inputs into go-to-market plans for Revenue teams.
  • Gather and share field feedback with Product and Marketing teams to help improve positioning and execution.
  • Partner with GTM Enablement to ensure launch strategy is translated into effective readiness plans, field communications, and execution support.
  • Monitor for gaps and risks and escalate issues to stakeholders to support timely resolution.
  • Contribute input to prioritization discussions based on field insights and data.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to support go-to-market decisions.
  • Support cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment during product launches.


What We Look For
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, enablement, consulting, or a related role, ideally in FinTech, payments, SaaS, or another high-growth environment.
  • Proven success translating product strategy into field-ready go-to-market plans that improved launch adoption, execution quality, or commercial outcomes.
  • Strong experience working cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, Sales leadership, Analytics, Legal, Pricing, and Enablement.
  • Ability to connect high-level product strategy to practical frontline execution across sales, partnerships, and customer-facing teams.
  • Demonstrated strength in asking sharp questions, driving clarity, and influencing decisions in ambiguous or rapidly evolving environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking and operating rigor, with experience leading complex launches, readiness efforts, or go-to-market motions end to end.
  • Experience building feedback loops between frontline teams and Product or Marketing to improve positioning, packaging, and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and field insight to shape recommendations and measure success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions and seniority levels.
  • Familiarity with merchant, payments, or fintech ecosystems is strongly preferred.

Pay Grade - M
Equity Grade - 8

Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills. Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents.)

USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $185,000 - $245,000
USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year: $164,000 - $224,000

About Affirm

Affirm is a publicly traded financial technology company headquartered in San Francisco, United States. Founded in 2012, the company operates as a financial lender of installment loans for consumers to use at the point of sale to finance a purchase. Affirm was founded in 2012 by Max Levchin, Nathan Gettings, Jeffrey Kaditz, and Alex Rampell as part of the initial portfolio of startup studio HVF.
