The roleThis is the glue function between marketing and sales. You own how Flagright positions, competes, and wins - globally - and you run GTM for North America hands-on. You report directly to the CEO and work alongside regional GTM Associates in APAC and EMEA.
Global ownership:- Core product positioning and value propositions - the single narrative every region builds on
- Messaging architecture: the frameworks and templates regions use to build vertical- and persona-specific messaging
- Segmentation and ICP methodology: how we define segments, tier accounts, and structure buyer personas
- Competitive intelligence: track competitors, maintain positioning frameworks and battlecards, design competitive minefields that expose competitor weaknesses - fed by regional inputs
- Sales enablement: core playbooks and enablement materials used by the entire revenue org
North America (you run it yourself):- Target segments, priority verticals, and buyer personas for the region, including adjacent opportunities
- Regional messaging per vertical, per channel
- Strategic support on enterprise opportunities: deal strategy, positioning, RFP responses
- Manage account lists for BD team targeting; campaign prioritization
- Lifecycle and reactivation campaign design, with marketing and sales
- Event planning with Field Marketing and Sales
People who thrive at Flagright- Have been knocked down before and gotten back up
- Are resourceful - figure it out with whatever tools exist
- Have strong opinions, defend them, and drop them when proven wrong
- Would rather own targets than a task list
- Run toward ambiguity, not away from it
- Want to work with no-BS people
People who struggle here- Want 9-to-6 and a predictable week
- Confuse ambitious goals with unreasonable ones
- Need priorities to hold still for a quarter
- Take blunt feedback or lost deals personally
- Say - or think - "that's not my job"

- Strong written and verbal communication
- Willing and able to travel up to 20% of the time
