Full Job Description

About the role

We are seeking a GTM Manager, Media Strategy & Execution to help activate GoodRx’s HCP and DTC media strategies across the commercial organization. Reporting to the HCP GTM Strategy Director, this role translates longer-term strategy into launch plans, positioning, pricing and packaging guidance, sales enablement, training, and field-ready tools for pharmaceutical brands and agencies.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for a commercially minded operator who can turn complex product and media concepts into clear customer stories and practical execution plans. The role partners closely with Sales, Product, Analytics, Marketing, Legal, Client Success, and Revenue Operations to move initiatives from strategy through launch and iteration.

What you’ll do

GTM activation and commercialization

  • Translate HCP and DTC media strategy into quarterly and in-market activation plans, workplans, deliverables, owners, and timelines.

  • Drive launch and rollout plans for new capabilities, sponsorships, and packages – identifying dependencies, risks, and decision points early.

  • Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness across Sales, Product, Analytics, Marketing, Legal, Client Success, and Revenue Operations.

  • Support high-priority pitches, RFPs, agency conversations, and strategic client opportunities with tailored narratives, solution recommendations, and commercial materials.

  • Partner with Product, Analytics, and Insights teams to turn capabilities and performance evidence into differentiated value propositions and commercially relevant proof points.

  • Monitor relevant competitor activity, pharmaceutical industry trends, agency behavior, and market feedback to inform messaging and near-term GTM tactics.

Sales enablement and field readiness

  • Own and maintain core sales enablement materials, including one-pagers, solution narratives, FAQs, talk tracks, and sales enablement collateral process.

  • Translate complex sponsorship capabilities, product updates, measurement approaches, and strategic positioning into clear, compelling stories for pharmaceutical brands and agencies.

  • Coordinate internal training sessions, launch briefings, and written follow-ups to build seller fluency and reinforce consistent positioning.

  • Partner with Sales and Client Success to identify recurring questions, objections, and enablement gaps, then prioritize updates to tools and training.

  • Maintain a reliable source of truth for approved commercial materials and communicate meaningful updates to the field.

Feedback loops and continuous improvement

  • Establish structured feedback loops with Sales and cross-functional partners to understand what messages, tools, use cases, and solutions are resonating.

  • Capture post-launch, win/loss, customer, and field learnings and translate them into recommendations for positioning, enablement, execution, and future GTM strategy.

  • Create repeatable launch, enablement, RFP, and commercialization frameworks that improve speed, consistency, and scalability.

What you’ll bring

  • A bachelor’s degree is required; business, marketing, media, healthcare, or a related field is preferred.

  • 5–8 years of experience in go-to-market, product marketing, sales enablement, commercialization, media strategy, integrated marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare media, life sciences marketing, digital health, healthcare advertising, or an adjacent environment strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting product or feature launches and coordinating cross-functional GTM execution.

  • Experience developing positioning, sales collateral, value propositions, launch materials, training, or other commercial enablement programs.

  • Strong understanding of digital media and omnichannel marketing concepts, including HCP and/or DTC activation, audience strategy, measurement, and agency buying dynamics.

  • Comfort working with packaging, rate cards, and commercial frameworks, with the ability to translate strategic direction into clear field guidance.

  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for internal and external audiences.

  • Strong project management, prioritization, and stakeholder-coordination skills, with the ability to drive work from strategy through launch and iteration without direct authority.
