Full Job Description
The Role

This is one of the most important leadership roles at Emergent. As a GTM Leader, you will own the company's global revenue strategy and execution across enterprise sales, customer success, partnerships, revenue operations, and commercial expansion. You will work directly with the founders and executive team to transform extraordinary product adoption into a durable, scalable, multi-billion-dollar revenue business. This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and requires close collaboration with the executive team and customers. Also, scope of the role will be aligned as per the interview feedback and overall fitment.

What You'll Own:
  • Lead Emergent's growth organization across acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, community, content, and growth experimentation, partnering with Product and Engineering to build product-led growth loops.
  • Build and scale Emergent's commercial business across startups, agencies, digital businesses, and SMBs, developing repeatable sales, onboarding, expansion, and monetization motions.
  • Identify and scale the highest-value customer segments across the platform.
  • Build strategic relationships across AI labs, cloud providers, systems integrators, consulting firms, agencies, and technology partners, developing co-selling, implementation, and distribution programs.
  • Partner directly with the founders and executive team to define Emergent's long-term go-to-market strategy, and help shape the commercialization of new products spanning business operations, workflow automation, AI agents, and enterprise capabilities.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to ensure Emergent is positioned to serve increasingly sophisticated customers over time, from SMBs to large enterprises.
  • Build forecasting, planning, reporting, and operating systems that create visibility, accountability, and predictability across the business.
  • Recruit and develop exceptional leaders across Growth, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Solutions Engineering, and Revenue Operations.
  • Build a high-performance organization defined by ambition, accountability, customer obsession, and operational excellence, serving as a trusted partner to the founders and executive team.

  • 15+ years of experience building and scaling technology businesses.
  • Proven track record leading high-performing go-to-market organizations.
  • Experience scaling product-led, commercial, or enterprise businesses.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, AI, cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, or enterprise software.
  • Exceptional leadership, recruiting, and organizational-building capabilities.
  • Experience operating successfully in founder-led environments.
