Qualifications

• 10+ years in fintech, payments, or embedded finance focusing on partnerships and business development.
• Track record of structuring and scaling partnerships that drive revenue growth.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with capabilities in developing business cases and pricing structures.
• Deep understanding of fintech and embedded finance markets, trends, and regulatory landscapes.
• Proactive, with accountability for large partnerships and resource commitments.
• Product forward mindset with robust product and technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Drive success of embedded finance partnerships.
• Lead acquisition of new partnerships through strategic commercial discussions and sales cycles.
• Be accountable for large partnerships and deliver on product commitments.
• Coordinate all of OnePay's resources to ensure key partnerships are successful.
• Actively contribute to building and scaling partner-driven products.
