GTM Lead for Anthropic Partnership
Overview:
The GTM Lead for Anthropic Partnership is responsible for activating and scaling NTT DATA's global go-to-market motion with Anthropic. This role builds and owns the sales/GTM plan in alignment with the strategic partnership plan owned by the Alliances team, translates partnership priorities into specific GTM actions, and coordinates internal pipeline, client opportunities, sales enablement, and field activation, while partnering with the Practice and COE on technical enablement. The ideal candidate combines sales and market activation discipline with hands-on AI fluency, strong technical curiosity, and the ability to make Anthropic solutions and offerings practical and relevant for clients, sellers, consultants, architects, and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain the strategic GTM plan for the Anthropic partnership, including priorities, target accounts, industry plays, activation milestones, and success measures.
- Translate the partnership strategy into specific GTM actions, including campaigns, account plays, executive briefings, workshops, demos, proof-of-concept motions, and co-sell activities.
- Drive and coordinate Anthropic-related opportunities and pipeline across Geo, Industry, AI Consulting, Architecture, FDE, Large Deal Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and partner teams.
- Partner with the Practice and COE to identify high-potential client use cases where Anthropic solutions and offerings can create differentiated enterprise value, including agentic workflows, knowledge work automation, software engineering, customer operations, risk-sensitive AI, and regulated industry use cases.
- Develop and maintain Anthropic-specific GTM assets, including pitch materials, solution narratives, enablement content, demo concepts, qualification guidance, value propositions, and client-facing proof points.
- Partner with AI Architects and FDEs to translate Anthropic capabilities into practical solution patterns, demos, prototypes, and scalable implementation approaches.
- Lead sales and field enablement for Anthropic, including seller education, GTM playbooks, account activation, opportunity qualification, client messaging, and field readiness programs, while partnering with the Alliances team, Practice, and COE on technical enablement as appropriate.
- Partner with Practice, COE, and designated FDE resources to connect field teams with the technical expertise needed to understand Anthropic solutions and offerings, use-case fit, implementation considerations, product developments, and responsible AI implications.
- Drive field activation governance, pipeline reviews, joint GTM cadences, and opportunity reporting in partnership with the Alliances team, while coordinating executive updates with Alliances and the Practice.
- Capture market feedback, client demand signals, technical gaps, and lessons learned to refine the GTM and sales plan and improve repeatable GTM motions.
Success Measures:
- Anthropic-influenced qualified AI pipeline generated or progressed.
- Closed-won revenue or TCV from Anthropic-supported AI opportunities.
- Number and quality of activated account plays, client workshops, demos, POCs, and co-sell pursuits.
- Training, certification, and enablement adoption across priority GTM and sales teams.
- Quality and reuse of Anthropic-specific GTM assets, technical enablement materials, and solution patterns.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of professional experience, including substantial go-to-market experience across a combination of AI, data, technology consulting, solution engineering, presales, partner activation, product strategy, and/or business development.
- 2+ years of hands-on or applied experience with AI, GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, data science, machine learning, automation, or enterprise AI platforms. Experience may be demonstrated through client work, technical projects, certifications, a data science background, or an advanced degree.
- Practical familiarity with Anthropic, Claude, LLM application patterns, prompt engineering, RAG, agentic workflows, model evaluation, responsible AI, and enterprise AI adoption considerations.
- Experience translating technical capabilities into GTM plays, client value propositions, enablement materials, demos, or sales motions.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across sales, consulting, architecture, engineering, delivery, marketing, and partner teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Master's degree, data science degree, AI/ML certification, cloud certification, or equivalent practical AI experience.
- Experience with cloud, data, and AI platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, vector databases, orchestration frameworks, and LLMOps tooling.
- Experience supporting enterprise clients in regulated, complex, or security-conscious environments.
- Strong builder mindset, structured problem solving, written communication, technical learning agility, attention to detail, ownership, and comfort operating in ambiguous high-growth environments.
- Ability to travel as required for client, partner, and internal engagements.
