Full Job Description
Greenhouse is looking for a GTM Engineer to join our Revenue Operations team!

As the GTM Engineer, you'll work closely with the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to bridge the gap between engineering and business logic, translating real world requirements into deployed software that drives productivity across the entire Customer Growth & Success (CGS) lifecycle. You will play a foundational role in designing, building, and scaling our internal web applications used by multiple teams. This role is primarily responsible for designing, developing, engineering, deploying, and maintaining computer-based information systems and AI-enabled internal applications. Our initial build is a workflow automation and insights platform serving all GTM teams.
Who will love this job
  • A Builder - You thrive in a lean environment where you have high ownership, high velocity, and the technical discretion to choose what to build and how to build it using modern AI tools
  • An Internal Advisor - You enjoy collaborating directly with revenue business leaders, using your technical acumen to patiently cut through ambiguous requirements and lead with confident product recommendations
  • A Problem Solver - You are motivated by challenges and love finding the right solution for your team, shipping custom features that immediately solve user friction
  • An AI Enthusiast - You have a passion for AI assisted development, using tools like Claude Code to build useful tools for your team
What you'll do
  • Design, build, and extend new product features for our internal web app utilizing a modern tech stack composed of Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, and Vercel
  • Build, test, and maintain robust, production grade data pipelines and automated integrations between core revenue engines like Salesforce and Gong
  • Partner directly with Customer Growth & Success (CGS) stakeholders across SDR, AE, AM, and CSM teams to translate their daily business pain points into an actionable engineering roadmap
  • Evaluate, refine, and operationalize LLM prompts, open source AI frameworks, and third-party tools to optimize the validity and actionability of output data
  • Document foundational technical architecture decisions and write clear operational playbooks so that your standalone systems can be easily maintained by the broader team over time
  • Coordinate periodically with data engineering, security, and the Enterprise Apps team to ensure internal tooling integrates seamlessly with global corporate infrastructure
You should have
  • 3+ years building and shipping production software on a modern stack (Python, Node.js, TypeScript, React/Next.js, or similar)
  • Experience integrating with a CRM as a system of record (Salesforce strongly preferred) including safe write patterns, idempotent sync design, and architecting around platform API limits
  • Has owned a production data pipeline end to end, including monitoring, alerting, and failure recovery
  • Practical application architecture experience on lean BaaS and modern hosting platforms (Supabase, Firebase, Vercel, Railway, Render). Direct Supabase experience strongly preferred
  • Fluency with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT) as part of a normal shipping workflow
  • Strong communication skills: can turn ambiguous business requests into technical scope, present solutions to non-technical stakeholders, and sequence or push back on competing asks
  • Comfortable as the sole engineer on a system, owning prioritization, quality bar, and production issues without a team to fall back on
  • Has built or extended internal tooling for revenue, sales ops, or customer success teams, a plus
  • Prior experience in a fast-scaling B2B SaaS business, a plus
  • Your own unique talents! Your background has given you a unique perspective and set of transferable skills that aren't always in alignment with a given role - but those are qualities we value at Greenhouse. If you don't meet 100% of the qualifications outlined above, we still strongly encourage you to apply

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Greenhouse provides a variety of benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, basic life insurance, mental health resources, financial wellness benefits, and a fully paid parental leave program. For US-based employees, we offer short-term and long-term disability coverage, a 401(k) plan and company match. U.S. based employees also receive, per calendar year, up to 14 scheduled paid holidays and up to 80 hours of paid sick leave.
