As a GTM Associate, Manager, you will lead and develop our team of SDRs, the frontline of our outbound strategy. You will coach, motivate, and scale a high-performing group responsible for driving prospecting efforts, booking meetings, and nurturing leads, ensuring our message resonates in the competitive AI landscape.

What you'll do
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SDRs, providing coaching, structure, and accountability
  • Drive outbound initiatives by identifying and contacting potential prospects
  • Oversee the execution of personalized, structured prospecting campaigns to secure meetings
  • Manage high-volume outreach processes while ensuring quality and effective follow-up
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to refine targeting and messaging strategies
  • Establish best practices, playbooks, and performance metrics to continuously improve team effectiveness

For this role, the expected base salary range is $140,000 to $170,000 before commission. Profound's total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks.
