GT Sr Salesforce Engineer, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Decatur, IL. Develop technical architecture, configuration, and customer on the Salesforce platform. Analyze user need and translate technical requirements into working solutions. Integrate different arears of the software with Master Data Management to enhance the CRM environment. Participate in technical design sessions. Set up project management tools and processes. Develop technical documentation and provide regular status reports to management. Make technical decisions to guide multiple projects across department. Play a key role in developing project plan and measuring project performance. Work closely with various departments and business teams to deliver project objectives.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.Salary: $171,300 - $181,300/yr. Standard company benefits.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Business, or a related field, and three (3) years of related work experience.

Must have three (3) years of experience with/in:
  • Utilizing programmatic solutions such as Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Batch Apex, VF Components, or Security Models for developing on the Salesforce;
  • Working in Salesforce suite such as Salesforce Mobile, Salesforce Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud Platform, and the AppExchange;
  • Knowledge of Salesforce solutions and how they interact with Prospect to Cash Processes: Sales Management, Contracts, Price and Quote Management, Order Fulfillment Management, Billing Management, Accounts Receivable, and Customer and Distribution;
  • Data loading for import, update, and export activities;
  • Completing at least one (1) full-lifecycle Salesforce deployments; and
  • Working with Agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
