What You Will Do - Serve as a liaison between the Industrial Security Associate Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Prepare clearance reports, and briefings for internal and external audiences on behalf of the Industrial Security Associate Director.
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate and coordinate leadership meetings, including agenda planning and follow-up on action items.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless flow of information and resolution of any security-related concerns.
- Oversee NP, CMA, and BOND-applicable/high-priority projects and initiatives assigned by the Industrial Security Associate Director; identify risks and challenges, provide solutions to mitigate issues and ensure project success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and Center of Excellence (CoE) teams to ensure timely delivery of CGO & project milestones.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance within the security organization.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
