As the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Watch Commander, you'll be at the forefront of security operations, driving excellence in monitoring, emergency management, and strategic decision-making at a state-of-the-art Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), leading a team of skilled analysts and ensuring our clients' safety through cutting-edge technology, proactive intelligence, and rapid response to security incidents.

You will collaborate across teams, implement innovative processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring the highest standards of client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

  • Set Schedule: Grave shift Sunday - Thursday 9:00 pm - 5:00 am. This position may require working long hours and on weekends.

Your Responsibilities as GSOC Watch Commander
  • Oversee daily operations of the GSOC, ensuring efficient monitoring and response to security incidents.
  • Lead a team of security analysts in gathering, analyzing, and disseminating intelligence to support proactive decision-making.
  • Develop and implement emergency management protocols and procedures to enhance crisis response capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate intelligence into business operations and strategic planning.
  • Maintain cutting-edge technology and systems to support security operations and intelligence analysis.
  • Conduct regular training and exercises to prepare staff for emergency situations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the GSOC team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Your Qualifications:
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a GSOC environment, including multiple years in a GSOC Lead or Manager role.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with access control platforms, video management systems, and incident management software.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects involving people, processes, and technology.
  • Proficient with the latest GSOC tools and technologies
