Job DescriptionYou will be the Subcontract Management Senior for the GSC Resiliency Team. Our team is responsible for developing and implementing a robust and resilient supply chain to support the program's success, including supplier capacity ramps, strategic sourcing activities, and cross-program production acceleration.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Subcontract Management Senior you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end subcontracting process, ensuring supply chain resilience and supporting production acceleration across programs.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement a resilient supply chain strategy for the PAC-3 Program and MFC-wide initiatives.
- Manage supplier capacity ramps and strategic sourcing to ensure timely delivery.
- Lead cross-program production acceleration efforts, aligning uniform strategies across the business.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust plans to sustain operational excellence.

Ability to work remotelyPart-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
