  • 40 hours/week, Initial 3 Month Assignment (With possibility of extension)

A leading audio entertainment company seeks a Growth Marketing Specialist to support the execution, reporting, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns and vendor relationships.

Growth Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (search, social, display, affiliate), including campaign setup tasks such as trafficking, UTM generation, creative updates, and QA of ad units.
  • Manage coordination with external partners, including projections, performance alignment, and campaign deliverables, oversee partner spend and pacing across multiple data sources, and assist with onboarding new partners through media plan coordination, tracking setup, and documentation.
  • Analyze marketing and performance data, troubleshoot discrepancies, and support reporting automation, build dashboards in tools such as Tableau or Looker and develop recurring performance reports and ad hoc analyses for stakeholders and leadership, with optimization recommendations aligned to KPIs.
  • Oversee marketing operations processes, including purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, and internal workflow submissions.
  • Support app event and pixel implementation and troubleshoot tracking issues with internal and external stakeholders, partner with teams such as legal, privacy, and brand, and assist in the development and execution of marketing tests and new initiatives.

Growth Marketing Specialist Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations and analytics, and Google partner management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of the Google Ads platform, specifically running app campaigns.
  • Strong experience with reporting systems such as Tableau or Looker to build dashboards, analyze data, and make optimization recommendations aligned to KPIs.
  • Experience with direct platform execution (Meta, Google Ads) is preferred.
  • Experience building automated reports is preferred.
