Location: New York, NY

Work Model: In-person

Industry: Fintech (spend management and cards)

Compensation: ~$150K base, ~$200K total comp (base plus performance bonus)
The Opportunity

This is a founding growth role for a full-stack growth marketer who can both build demand and help convert it. You will own omni-channel growth across paid ads, email, SEO, and the broader marketing engine, while staying close enough to the funnel to help move real deals forward. This is not a hand-off-to-sales seat. The people who thrive here are charismatic operators who like to run a campaign, then pick up the phone and help close the business it generates.

You will work directly with the founders and have a clear path to grow as the company scales.
Responsibilities
  • Own and execute omni-channel growth marketing, including paid ads, email sequences, and SEO
  • Build, test, and optimize demand-generation campaigns end to end
  • Track and report on growth analytics to sharpen what is working
  • Engage leads directly and help convert demand into closed business
  • Partner closely with the founders to set and hit growth targets
