☆ About the Role

Location: New York City, in office, 5 days a week.

We're looking for a sharp, analytical, and driven individual to join us as a Growth Lead/Associate. You will report to the Head of Growth. This is a full-time opportunity based in New York, NY. In this role, you'll help manage the analytics and modeling behind our growth engine, assist in running the day to day of our acquisition channels, and lead new projects that bring comprehensive healthcare to more Medicare beneficiaries.

You will be the analytical backbone and day-to-day operator of our growth engine across marketing, partnerships, and operations. You'll inherit a strong foundation and a growing footprint as we continue to expand. We've gotten to where we are through operational rigor, disciplined decision-making, and deep attention to what actually works for a 65+ patient. We want someone who can compound that advantage by bringing the modeling, testing, execution, and structure that turn a working channel into a scalable one.

This job isn't for someone who wants to sit on the sidelines and hand off the details. You'll spend a lot of time in the weeds: building models, pulling apart funnel data, figuring out why CAC moved in a given market, working with partners to improve channel performance, and helping grow distribution channels from the ground up. The analytical rigor matters because growth at our stage is a series of high-stakes decisions about where to invest, what to double down on, and what to kill. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys getting into the numbers, finding the signal, and then rolling up their sleeves to make something happen.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support the analysis behind growth. You'll aid in building and maintaining the channels we run the business on: CAC by channel and market, funnel conversion, cohort retention, and market-level unit economics. You'll turn messy data into the analysis that informs where we spend our next dollar.
  • Assist with existing growth channels You'll help the Head of Growth monitor campaign performance across channels alongside our agency partners, and help design and run the testing roadmap for creative, landing pages, and audiences.
  • Help launch new channels and new markets. You'll support the buildout of new growth channels and help put together the launch plan for each new state we enter as our clinician network expands.
  • Build the systems that scale. You'll assist in cleaning up how we track, report, and forecast across our analytics stack, and you'll write the playbooks so each new channel launch is faster than the last.
  • Partner across the company. You'll coordinate with clinical operations on therapist supply and capacity, with product on the patient experience, and with legal on compliance. Every growth idea we run gets tested against those constraints.
What We're Looking For
  • 2-6 years of operational or analytical experience. You've worked in consulting, banking, private equity, growth marketing, or in the operations of a fast-paced startup.
  • Excellent spreadsheet and modeling skills. You build models other people can actually use, and you can defend every assumption in them. SQL is a plus.
  • Experience running experiments. You know how to design a test, read the result honestly, and kill things that are not working.
  • Strong communication and people skills. You can take a complicated analysis and turn it into a one-page recommendation, but you're also comfortable building relationships, training others, and coaching our Provider Partnership Managers to be more effective.
  • Deep empathy for the people we serve. Our patients are 65 and older and many are navigating complex mental and physical health care for the first time. Everything we build has to work for them.
Our Offer to You
  • Competitive salary and equity
  • Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental & vision insurance
  • Flexible PTO and sick days
  • Lunch and dinner in our beautiful Soho office covered by Sailor
  • Team building events
  • ✚✚ Additional: One Medical Membership for US employees, HSA, Talkspace, HealthAdvocate, Teledoc Health
