Full Job Description
The Growth Integration Lead performs project-oriented duties related to the integration of acquired entities and the execution of strategic growth initiatives. The Growth Integration Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial, requiring cross-functional leadership, independent judgment, and accountability for successful implementation and value realization.

The Growth Integration Lead is responsible for driving the execution and integration of CenterWell Home Health's highest-priority growth initiatives, including mergers & acquisitions, organic growth strategies, and other expansion initiatives.

This role operates at the intersection of strategy, execution, and operations. Owning initiatives from concept through implementation and ensuring intended value is realized. The Lead translates ambiguous opportunities into structured plans, proactively identifies risks, and drives accountability across cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

This individual exercises independent judgment and decision-making on complex business issues, analyzing variable factors to determine the most effective course of action. Success in this role requires exceptional project management capabilities, strong business and financial acumen, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to influence without direct authority in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate is a highly self-directed operator with a bias toward action and a proven ability to lead complex integration and growth initiatives from concept through value realization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end execution of growth initiatives across M&A, organic expansion, and new business lines
  • Own integration planning and execution for acquisitions, including alignment of operations, processes, and systems
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable workplans with clear milestones, owners, and timelines
  • Ensure initiatives deliver on expected financial, operational, and strategic outcomes
  • Independently manage complex, high-visibility projects from initial thesis through implementation
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and operational challenges; proactively implement mitigation strategies
  • Hold cross-functional teams accountable to deliverables and timelines
  • Anticipate downstream challenges and define next steps without direction
  • Develop leadership-ready materials and synthesize complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive alignment, facilitate decisions, and navigate competing priorities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, M&A, or similar roles)
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex projects, including execution and/or integration efforts
  • Proven ability to independently drive workstreams and deliver outcomes in ambiguous environments
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong executive communication skills, including development of leadership-ready presentations
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive accountability without direct authority
  • Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences


Preferred Qualifications
  • Healthcare experience, particularly in provider services, home health, or adjacent care models
  • Experience supporting or leading M&A diligence and post-acquisition integration
  • Exposure to high-growth or "build" environments (e.g., new service lines or markets)


Additional Information

This is a remote position. Preference will be given to candidates located in or near Louisville, KY; Nashville, TN; or the Washington, DC area to facilitate collaboration with key stakeholders and participation in periodic in-person meetings.

Work at Home Requirements: To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested. In certain roles, the minimum recommended internet speed required by Humana may not be sufficient for business needs. Humana reserves the right to require associates to upgrade their internet service if necessary. Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$126,300 - $173,700 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
