How You Will Make History Here...The Growth Initiatives Coordinator will play a key role in supporting inbound and outbound licensing deals, external partnerships, and enterprise growth programs for The Campbell's Company. This role will help bring strategically aligned marketing programs to life by coordinating relationships with external licensors and partners, supporting negotiations and contract-related work, managing partner and agency communications, and assisting with the execution of integrated marketing activations across entertainment, sports, media, fashion, lifestyle, CPG, and other emerging partnership spaces.
This is a hybrid role based in Camden, NJ
What You Will Do...- Serve as a key day-to-day contact for external licensors, partners, agencies, and industry collaborators, including organizations across entertainment, media, sports, lifestyle, CPG, and related spaces.
- Manage inbound licensor relationship-building and communications, including partner support, strategy, coordination of negotiations, and delivery of coordinated marketing programs that help maximize partner halo marketing efforts.
- Support the execution of licensing and partnership programs by coordinating asset delivery, brand team alignment, trafficking, quality assurance, integrated marketing activation, and overall program delivery.
- Maintain licensing and partnership trackers, including partner names, project status, background on current and previous conversations, key updates, and next steps.
- Own agendas, meeting invites, working documents, recaps, next steps, and relevant materials with external partners and internal pods.
- Identify new licensing and partnership opportunities across trending or audience-aligned verticals, including entertainment, sports, fashion, lifestyle brands, media, and CPG.
- Within existing and new deals, proactively identify opportunities to maximize product value, reach, and connection to broader brand priorities.
- Build and present internal pitches on strategically aligned licensing partners and assist with building and living into the Growth Office licensing framework.
- Own new licensing requests and manage addendums with licensors, including communications with brand teams and internal stakeholders.
- Partner on negotiations and renegotiations, lead legal conversations around deals and contract questions, and help connect finance and brand teams to ensure payments are delivered or received.
- Participate in partner presentations, licensing summits, and industry events while helping maintain updates on competitor executions.
- Maintain the licensing closet and related inventory as needed.
Who You Will Work With...You will work closely with external licensors, agencies, industry partners, and cross-functional internal teams across brand, marketing, growth, finance, legal, and other stakeholder groups to help ensure licensing and partnership programs are strategically aligned, effectively negotiated, and executed smoothly.
What You Bring to the Table... (Must Have)- 2+ years of experience in licensing, partnerships, integrated marketing, brand marketing, experiential marketing, or a related area.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Background or demonstrated interest in licensing within entertainment, media, CPG, sports, lifestyle, or similar spaces.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, budgets, contracts, trackers, deliverables, and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort coordinating with external licensors, agencies, partners, and internal teams to keep workstreams moving forward.
It Would be Great if You Have... (Nice to Have)- Experience working with external licensors, agencies, talent, or sports/entertainment organizations.
- Ability to own and optimize agency relationships.
- Knowledge of sports, entertainment, media, fashion, lifestyle, and CPG partnership landscapes.
- Experience supporting experiential activations, partner reporting, licensing summits, or marketing program delivery.
Compensation and Benefits:The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$70,000-$96,300
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
