The Partnerships Marketer Senior role reports to the Head of Strategic Events and Partnerships, Americas and is a key role that works in collaboration with the global partnerships team and the Americas marketing team to execute Thoughtworks' partnership strategy, assist with key partner relationships and serve as the point of contact with both internal and external stakeholders for all Americas partnership marketing needs. You will be a key member of our Field Marketing Americas team and work with cross-functional marketing teams and other Thoughtworks' functional teams to deliver key outcomes.
Job responsibilities- Collaborate with our partnerships teams and external partners to activate in the region the Thoughtworks' partnership value propositions and execute the aligned go-to-market strategy
- Develop and execute partnerships marketing campaigns for the Americas region that align with regional marketing
- Execute partnerships' content, digital and event strategies
- Be a partner to our global partnerships team to help achieve Thoughtworks commercial business goals, localizing global assets and campaigns
- Support the qualitative and quantitative analysis of program performance
- Maintain direct and active relationships with partners, including proactively resolving marketing issues and serving as an internal advocate
- Work with the regional marketers and their sales teams to effectively embrace the partnership marketing vision to create quality and consistency in our market service programs
- Manage partner co-marketing fund for maximum ROI, proactively engage in partner-led marketing activities
- Build collection of referenceable customer assets
- Develop relationship with local partner marketing contacts to develop and execute joint marketing programs
- Collaborate on organizational brand building efforts by leveraging joint partner successes via PR, analyst relations and social media (in cooperation with Brand & Communications teams)
Job qualificationsTechnical Skills- Minimum of 5 years experience in the marketing / sales function
- At least 1-2 years experience of partnership marketing programs
- B2B marketing experience
- Experience executing large programs in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns
- Work, passion, or insights in the technology / digital industry
- Prior experience at major hyperscalers.
Professional Skills- You are willing to spend 2+ days per week working in the local Thoughtworks office, collaborating with peers and building internal relationships.

- You have a good understanding of partnership marketing and working with partners to execute joint GTM campaigns
