Full Job Description
Growth Engineer

Location: San Francisco (in-person, in-office, full-time ONLY)

Compensation: $280K-$520K total annual compensation | $120k-$180k base

What You'll Do
  • Build product features that solve core GTM problems: content generation, warm outbound orchestration, attribution tracking, and campaign management
  • Own features end-to-end-from understanding customer pain points to shipping and iterating based on usage
  • Work with product, design, and our customers to prioritize what matters most
  • Build integrations and data pipelines that connect disparate systems (email, CRM, analytics platforms)
  • Instrument features with analytics to understand how customers use Virio and where they get stuck
  • Contribute to the core product roadmap-propose solutions to customer problems you identify
  • Work full-stack: backend systems, API design, frontend UX, and everything in between

What Success Looks Like
  • You ship features that customers use and love
  • You identify gaps in our product that frustrate users and propose engineering solutions
  • You understand the GTM use cases deeply-you know what warm outbound means, why attribution matters, and how content creation fits into the workflow
  • You balance speed with quality-iterate rapidly but don't ship broken features

Traits That Thrive at Virio
  • High agency & self-direction - Acts without waiting for requirements or detailed instructions
  • Small-team intensity comfort - Comfortable working intensely and closely with a small, high-output team
  • Unorthodox problem solving - Sees non-obvious paths forward and challenges conventional approaches
  • Quality-driven execution - Detail-oriented with high standards for correctness and quality
  • Low ego & accountability - Takes full ownership and accountability for outcomes

Benefits
  • Competitive total compensation aligned to impact and ownership
  • Meaningful equity upside as part of the founding team
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) plan
  • All working meals covered
  • Relocation support for San Francisco
  • Company-wide annual off-site
  • Direct access to founders and leadership
  • High ownership, high trust, and fast career progression alongside world-class client partners
  • In-person culture with deep commitment to excellence

This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Francisco. We do not offer hybrid or remote positions.
