Full Job Description
You Are:

We are seeking a seasoned Growth and Strategy leader with extensive experience across the Indo-Pacific region and deep relationships within the defense, joint, and service-component communities. As the Growth and Strategy Lead, you will lead growth strategy, capture execution, and market expansion efforts across one of the world's most complex and strategically vital theaters. Operating within the Indo-Pacific region area of responsibility - spanning half the globe and encompassing key geopolitical and economic centers - you will be responsible for shaping and driving our approach to emerging mission needs, regional priorities, and long-range opportunities.

You will proactively identify high-value opportunities across service components and the broader defense ecosystem, build senior-level relationships, and translate regional mission drivers-such as contested logistics, alliance integration, and distributed operations-into actionable business development strategies.

The Work:

In this role, you will guide solution development, influence capture and proposal efforts, and collaborate with stakeholders across Growth & Strategy, delivery teams, and the the Indo-Pacific region Task Force. Your ability to shape competitive positioning, synthesize complex mission requirements, and drive measurable market impact will be central to expanding our footprint in this priority theater.

This role demands an individual who is highly adept at relationship-building, comfortable operating across cultures and stakeholders, and capable of positioning the organization to meet both near-term demands and long-range strategic objectives across the Indo-Pacific region.

Here's What You Need:
  • Demonstrated success driving growth across defense markets with direct experience shaping and pursuing opportunities in the Indo-Pacific region complex operational environment.
  • In-depth understanding of regional mission needs such as contested logistics, distributed C2, gray-zone operations, and alliance/partner integration across the first and second island chains.
  • Established relationships and access across Dept of Defense stakeholders in the Indo-Pacific region, including senior military, civilian, and regional partners
  • Experience leading capture and proposals for large, multi-year, or multi-component opportunities, ideally similar to those appearing in current Indo-Pacific region pipelines.
  • Ability to translate complex regional contexts-geopolitical, operational, and technical-into competitive strategies that support long-term pipeline and portfolio growth.
  • A background aligned to high-value strategic hire profiles, such as former Indo-Pacific or service-component senior staff, joint planners, acquisition professionals, regional experts, or technical leaders with Indo-Pacific mission relevance.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
