The RoleWe are looking for a Growth Analyst to help drive Fizz's expansion across college campuses and beyond. This is a high-ownership, high-intensity role focused on scaling our presence, activating new communities, and building systems that drive sustained growth.
You will be responsible for launching new campuses, managing and motivating large teams of student interns, and executing a wide range of growth initiatives-from content and social strategy to on-the-ground activations.
This role sits at the core of how Fizz grows. You'll work directly with leadership and operate with significant autonomy. There is no rigid playbook-you will be expected to figure things out, move quickly, and make things happen.
The ideal candidate is extremely driven, highly intelligent, and thrives in unstructured environments. This is not a traditional 9-5 role-it's for someone who wants to hustle, take ownership early in their career, and play a key role in building the next major social platform.
ResponsibilitiesCampus Launch & Expansion- Lead launches of new college communities from zero to critical mass
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to each campus
- Identify creative tactics to drive early adoption and engagement
Intern Team Management- Recruit, manage, and motivate large teams of student interns
- Set clear goals, track performance, and hold teams accountable to outcomes
- Build a strong culture of ownership, energy, and execution across campus teams
Growth Strategy & Execution- Execute a wide range of growth initiatives across content, social, and on-the-ground efforts
- Test and iterate quickly on new ideas to drive user acquisition and engagement
- Identify scalable playbooks and turn them into repeatable processes
Content & Social Strategy- Develop creative, high-performing content tailored to college audiences
- Contribute to Fizz's broader social and brand presence
- Understand what resonates culturally and translate that into growth
Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with product, marketing, and leadership to align on growth priorities
- Share insights from campuses to inform product decisions and strategy
QualificationsRequired- Recently graduated (or graduating) from college/university
- Exceptionally strong work ethic and willingness to operate in a high-intensity environment
- Highly intelligent with strong problem-solving instincts
- Excellent communication skills and natural charisma
- Strong storytelling ability-able to sell ideas, rally teams, and create momentum
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity without a defined playbook
- Extremely organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Preferred- Experience leading teams, organizations, or initiatives (student groups, startups, etc.)
- Strong creative instincts, especially around content and social media
- Deep understanding of college culture and what drives engagement
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action
Compensation & BenefitsThe targeted compensation range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 a year, based on job-related skills and experience. Fizz full-time employees are eligible for company-sponsored benefits and equity.
