Full Job Description
The Group Solutions Lead owns and manages key solution areas within the Value-Based Platform (VBP), driving strategic alignment, design excellence, and implementation across clinical, operational, and consumer domains. This leader develops and maintains solution roadmaps, leads cross-functional teams, and partners with technology, engineering, and clinical stakeholders to deliver scalable, contextually adapted solutions across Risant Health Organizations (RHOs). Success is measured by enterprise-level cost efficiencies, value-based care gains, and continuous improvement through rigorous outcome tracking and stakeholder engagement.

The key responsibilities of the Group Solutions Lead are:
  • Design and Deliver Solutions: Own and manage specific solution areas within the VBP portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment and excellence. Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions.
  • Solution Group Roadmap Accountability: Contribute to the development of the overall Value Based Platform (VBP) roadmap. Develop business cases and justification for investment into capabilities that are part of the VBP. Collaborate with Solution owner / manager to oversee the development and maintenance of Solution roadmaps and timelines.
  • Outcome Measurement & Continuous Improvement: Define and track Solution OKRs and KPIs tied to clinical quality, cost, experience, and throughput. Ensure the solution area delivers enterprise-level cost efficiencies and value-based care gains. Align financial outcomes with enterprise and RHO performance targets. Lead continuous improvement efforts based on performance analytics. Report on solution progress and need for adjustments to Solutions Management Lead.
  • Team Leadership & Capability Building: Build and lead a high-performing team with expertise in product management, clinical operations, and consumer engagement. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other portfolio leaders and teammates across Risant, Kaiser, and Risant Health Organizations to deliver integrated, cross-functional solutions that achieve compounded value.
  • Other Duties as Assigned: Support ad hoc initiatives that advance the Value Based Platform strategy, including special projects, executive reporting, cross-team coordination, and contributions to enterprise-wide planning or innovation efforts. Flexibly respond to emerging priorities and organizational needs, ensuring alignment with broader goals and maintaining high standards of collaboration and execution.


Required Qualifications: Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field required.
  • At least ten (10) years of experience within product organizations or roles responsible for developing and delivering solutions in a payer or provider environment.
  • Ten (10) years of experience in a product management leadership role involving the development and delivery of solutions within a provider or payer organization. An advanced degree (MHA, MBA, or MPH) may substitute for up to five (5) years of leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Education and Experience
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record in implementing and delivering value-based care solutions in a multi-payer and/or multi-provider environment.

Additional Desired Skills and Experience
  • Proven excellence in managing the product lifecycle across development, delivery, and customer success.
  • Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior clinical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and IT teams to co-develop digital and data-enabled solutions.
  • Ability to design solutions that drive measurable improvements in quality, cost, and experience.
  • Familiarity with value-based care models and consumer engagement strategies in healthcare.
  • Experience with healthcare market segmentation and omnichannel engagement strategies.
  • Understanding of patient experience, quality, and cost outcome measurement.
  • Experience integrating consumer digital health tools into enterprise platforms.


Additional Information

Compensation and Benefits: The projected base salary for this position ranges from $230,833 to $304,700 depending on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including wellness programs, retirement savings, and relocation support as applicable.
