Job Summary

We're reimagining the way consumers engage and stay connected through every stage of their journey. Our product is growing fast, and we're looking for a Group Growth Product Manager who can turn new users into engaged, long-term customers. This role will be focused on user retention, you'll own the full lifecycle of keeping users active and engaged, from their first experience to reactivation. You'll design and optimize systems that improve onboarding, build habits, and drive long-term retention.

You'll work closely with design, data, and engineering to build experiences that keep users coming back-and you'll thrive in an environment that's still early and fast-moving.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end growth strategy across the full user lifecycle (acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, monetization), with growth as the company's top priority.
  • Lead and execute high-impact experiments designed to materially move core business metrics, with a relentless focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Bring proven experience scaling a consumer-facing company through rapid growth phases; has "been there, done that" at a meaningful level.
  • Define, prioritize, and optimize the key growth metrics (LTV, CAC, activation rate, retention curves, conversion funnels, virality, etc.) and build clear dashboards to track performance.
  • Operate with strong ownership and autonomy...able to design experiments, analyze results, and drive implementation.
  • Identify growth levers quickly and translate insights into actionable product changes that drive compounding impact.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Analytics to ship high-velocity growth initiatives.
  • Continuously identify untapped opportunities across product surfaces to unlock incremental growth.

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in growth or product management on a consumer apps
  • Proven track record of building or improving onboarding, activation, or engagement flows for multiple products
  • Experience working across multiple consumer apps (not just one large legacy product).
  • Mobile gaming or other habit-forming product experience is a major plus.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments where accountability for results is non-negotiable.
  • Passionately obsessed with growth - energized by metrics, experiments, iteration cycles, and outperforming benchmarks.
  • Analytical mindset-skilled at interpreting data, running A/B tests, and prioritizing impact.
