  • Coach PMs to operate as full-stack product leaders who own outcomes end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and iteration.
  • Ensure every team has the context, capabilities, and support needed to make confident decisions that drive measurable customer and business impact.
  • Promote psychological safety, encouraging curiosity, healthy debate, and collaboration across Product, Design, Engineering, and other partners.
Strategy and vision
  • Define and communicate a clear product strategy and multi-year roadmap that aligns with company priorities and customer needs.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable, outcome-based initiatives across your product portfolio.
  • Partner with Product Design and Engineering leaders to connect customer insights and market trends to strategic decisions.
  • Use data and AI-driven insights to forecast impact, monitor performance, and continuously refine direction.
Discovery and outcomes
  • Champion continuous discovery practices so teams deeply understand customer problems before committing to solutions.
  • Collaborate with Design and Engineering leaders to test hypotheses, validate value, and de-risk investments early.
  • Help teams define success metrics tied directly to outcomes such as retention, adoption, efficiency, and revenue.
  • Balance long-term strategic thinking with evidence-based learning, adapting quickly based on data, feedback, and emerging opportunities.
Cross-functional leadership
  • Partner closely with Go-To-Market, Customer Success, and Finance to align product strategy with business goals and operational readiness.
  • Influence investment decisions by providing clear data on opportunity size, customer impact, and expected ROI.
  • Act as a visible advocate for customer and business outcomes across Frontline's leadership community.
  • Communicate progress transparently, celebrating wins and sharing lessons learned to support organizational learning.
AI-driven innovation
  • Use AI and advanced analytics to inform product strategy, improve decision-making, and uncover new customer opportunities.
  • Partner with data science and engineering teams to identify where AI can simplify workflows, enhance insights, or drive automation in ways that matter to educators and administrators.
  • Model ethical, practical, and responsible AI adoption that enhances educator and student outcomes and supports trust with our customers.
What success looks like
  • Your teams are empowered, motivated, and accountable for meaningful, measurable outcomes.
  • Product strategy and execution are tightly connected to Frontline's mission and financial goals.
  • Customer discovery and evidence-based decision-making are embedded in daily practice.
  • AI and data are used thoughtfully to inform strategy, optimize product experiences, and deliver tangible value.
  • You are recognized as a collaborative, outcome-oriented leader who amplifies team performance and customer impact.
