The Group Product Director, Care Delivery will lead the strategy and execution to operationalize and scale account-level workflow and capacity across the Solid Tumor portfolio and customer segments (e.g. Academic, Community, etc.). This leader will work closely with Brand, Field Sales, PECS, SIA, SCG, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and other cross-functional partners to identify relevant customer insights, address access and operational barriers to optimal utilization, and develop scalable solutions that support adoption, care delivery and pull through. They will support local account activities for the Key Account Management teams including KAMs, UBAMs, etc.
As the portfolio enters a period of significant growth with multiple new products and line extensions, this role will help build the foundation needed to support expansion of the current indication and multiple launches. The position will also have direct management responsibility.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Care Delivery strategy and execution across customer segments.
- Identify customer insights and translate them into scalable solutions that improve adoption, operational readiness, and patient access for priority accounts.
- Build the infrastructure and launch readiness plans needed to support the current indication and multiple launches beginning in 2027.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and execution across Field Sales, Key Account Managers, PECS, SIA, SCG, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Marketing partners.
- Ensure strategies are grounded in customer workflows and systems, access needs, and operational realities.
QualificationsRequired- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degree preferred
- A minimum of 8 years business experience with significant pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry focus
- Experience in marketing, market access, launch planning, commercial strategy, or customer operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority
- Experience managing teams and developing talent
Preferred- Oncology, urology, or specialty-care experience
- Experience building team AI literacy and confidence, reinforcing trusted and responsible AI use and sound judgment is preferred.
- Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and applying new tools over time is preferred.
