The opportunityAdobe is hiring a Group Manager of Content Intelligence & Economics to develop the function responsible for making Adobe's content supply chain measurable, optimizable, and predictive. This role directs the data, reporting, modeling, and forecasting that support decision-making across the content operating model.
This is a build role. The team today produces reports and delivery analysis. The mandate is to transform it into a decision intelligence engine offering real-time visibility, cost modeling, demand forecasting, and value realization. The GM defines the analytical approach, performs the analysis, and develops the team simultaneously.
This role reports to the Senior Director of Content Operations & Architecture. As the organization adopts an AI-native operating model, this function will shift from describing past events to forecasting future actions.
What you'll do- Identify what to measure, the method for measuring it, and which decisions the data should guide throughout the content supply chain.
- Build dashboards, cost models, demand forecasts, and performance frameworks directly.
- Establish operational benchmarks with defined metrics, reporting cadences, and accountability structures for each function.
- Lead cost modeling and supply chain economics, including cost-per-asset analysis and make vs. buy vs. AI modeling.
- Serve as the custodian of budget knowledge and reporting for the content supply chain. The team does not control the budget but provides the data, analysis, and recommendations that guide how budget is allocated, tracked, and optimized.
- Lead the AI value realization initiative, linking AI investment to quantifiable business results for executive audiences.
- Drive demand forecasting and capacity modeling in partnership with Operations.
- Identify systemic performance gaps, prioritize improvement initiatives, and direct action across functional leads.
- Build agency performance measurement frameworks that feed directly into Integrated Agency Team governance.
- Maintain analytics infrastructure, ensuring data pipelines and reporting systems are reliable and decision-ready.
- Develop the team's analytical capabilities over time, mentoring members toward stronger data proficiency and rigor.
What you'll need to succeed- 12+ years in marketing analytics, business intelligence, content analytics, or marketing operations.
- Experience setting analytical strategy and connecting insight to action, not just producing reports.
- Track record building measurement infrastructure and benchmark frameworks in complex, matrixed environments.
- Strong financial and cost modeling skills, including frameworks for assessing return on investment and cost-per-unit analysis.
- Experience measuring AI value realization and converting technology investment into business outcomes.
- Data proficiency paired with business fluency: able to turn complex data into narratives that guide leadership decisions.
- Experience mentoring and developing analysts at varying levels.
- Demand forecasting, capacity planning, or resource modeling experience preferred.
- Comfort managing both strategy and execution with a small, developing team.
- Understanding of how AI changes what needs to be measured, with an orientation toward prediction over reporting.
