Full Job Description
General Summary of Position:

Granite is substantially expanding Grid, our private network platform built for multi-tenant retail properties, including shopping centers and REIT properties. Simon - the country's largest retail REIT - has asked Granite to expand existing Grid facilities to reach all permanent tenants and to expand across Simon's entire retail portfolio as Simon requires new and existing tenants to utilize Grid for internet access.

To meet this increased demand for Grid, we are seeking Granite Grid Sales Associates to drive growth. The Granite Grid Sales Associate is responsible for driving new revenue growth by converting a built-in pipeline of highly qualified opportunities. This role focuses on closing deals, expanding multi-site agreements, and building long-term recurring revenue streams within a uniquely advantaged sales environment.

Compensation Range:

This is a commission-eligible role with an estimated second-year OTE range of $60,000-$180,000 (base + uncapped commission). This role offers strong earning potential for driven individuals in a high-impact sales environment. Top performers may exceed the posted range.
