Job Summary
Seeking an experienced GRC Archer Developer with strong hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and customizing RSA Archer solutions. The role requires expertise in Archer applications, business and functional requirements, workflow automation, integrations, reporting, dashboards, access controls, and server-side maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement and configure RSA Archer solutions, with a primary focus on core Archer applications.
• Define business and functional requirements and collaborate with technology teams to automate requirements using GRC software.
• Develop data models, business process models, and solution prototypes based on business requirements.
• Configure and customize out-of-the-box Archer modules, forms, workflows, calculations, integrations, reporting, dashboards, access controls, and other platform components.
• Perform server-side maintenance of Archer, including Control Panel, Archer Services, Custom API, and IIS services.
• Develop client-side validations and policies using JavaScript and jQuery.
• Develop Web Services and RESTful services using Java/JEE for API integrations with the RSA Archer platform.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver effective GRC solutions.
Required Qualifications
• 7+ years of active hands-on experience implementing RSA Archer solutions.
• 4+ years of hands-on Archer implementation experience with a primary focus on core Archer applications.
• Strong experience defining business and functional requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Strong business analysis and technical expertise in developing data models and business process models.
• Strong hands-on experience configuring and customizing Archer modules, forms, workflows, calculations, integrations, reporting, dashboards, and access controls.
• Strong experience with server-side Archer maintenance, including Control Panel, Archer Services, Custom API, and IIS services.
• 1-3 years of JavaScript/jQuery development experience for client-side validations and policies.
• 2+ years of Java/JEE development experience, primarily focused on Web Services and RESTful service development for RSA Archer integrations.
