Position Summary

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating compelling, on-brand visual communications across a variety of mediums, including social media, print, environments, digital experiences, and presentation support. Working closely with cross-functional teams and the Creative Manager, this role translates business objectives into effective creative solutions that support communication goals, strengthen brand presence, and ensure adherence to established brand standards.

Position Details
  • Create and deliver high-quality visual communications across multiple mediums, translating business objectives into effective creative solutions that engage audiences while ensuring brand consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, balancing deadlines, stakeholder feedback, and changing business requirements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand communication needs, translate requirements into creative concepts, and deliver design solutions that support organizational goals.
  • Maintain and champion brand standards by ensuring visual consistency across projects while helping evolve and enhance brand expression as business needs change.
  • Review final layouts to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Communicate effectively with and follow feedback from Marketing leaders to keep solutions aligned to broader brand and business needs.

Pay: Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For Virginia this ranges from $74,701.00 - $88,283.00 plus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program as outlined above.
