Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Visual Merchandising team, supporting the creation and execution of global VM guidelines, executive-facing presentations, and digital storytelling content. This role sits at the intersection of design and retail strategy, translating brand and creative direction into clear, polished visual materials used by internal stakeholders and store teams worldwide.

The Graphic Designer will support any initiative led by the Product Presentation team, partnering closely with the Content Innovation Specialist and the Design and Styling Managers to bring product storytelling and presentation concepts to life visually.

The ideal candidate is a versatile designer who is equally comfortable building a structured guidelines document, refining a deck for senior leadership, editing photo and video assets, and producing digital-first content while maintaining a high bar for visual consistency and brand integrity.

Key Accountabilities:

Visual Guideline Documents
  • Design, format, and maintain global VM guidelines documents covering store presentation standards, window concepts, and seasonal storytelling
  • Ensure guidelines are visually clear, consistent, and easy for regional and store teams to execute against
  • Update and version-control guideline materials as strategies evolve across store typologies

Executive Communications and Presentations
  • Build polished, on-brand presentations for Executive Committee and Senior leadership reviews
  • Translate strategic concepts and merchandising narratives into clean, compelling visual storytelling
  • Collaborate closely with VM leadership to iterate quickly under tight review timelines

Photo and Video Editing
  • Edit and retouch photography for use in guidelines, presentations, and store-facing materials
  • Edit video content for internal training, store rollouts, or digital display use
  • Maintain consistent visual quality and brand tone across all image and video assets

Digital Content
  • Produce digital assets supporting internal communication and cross functional digital initiatives
  • Adapt content across formats and channels while preserving brand guidelines

Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of graphic design experience, ideally within retail, luxury, or brand/creative environments
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both editorial/document design and presentation design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or similar video editing tools)
  • Advanced PowerPoint/Keynote skills for executive-level presentation building
  • Photo and video editing skills with strong attention to color, composition, and brand consistency
  • Excellent organizational skills; comfortable managing multiple concurrent deliverables and deadlines
  • Strong collaborator who can take direction from creative and merchandising leads and execute independently
  • Experience working with global or multi-market brand guidelines is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Detail-oriented with an uncompromising eye for quality and consistency
  • Strategic thinker with strong hands-on execution skills

The target hourly rate for this position is $40-45 per hour.
