This opportunity resides with Warfare Systems (WS), a business group within HII's Mission Technologies division. Warfare Systems comprises cyber and mission IT; electronic warfare; and C5ISR systems.

Job Description

Mission Technologies' Cyber & Intelligence team is seeking multiple Graphic Artists at the Junior & Journeyman levels to support an upcoming, high-impact mission at Fort Meade.

This role is part of a pending contract proposal. We are actively interviewing to identify qualified candidates in anticipation of a successful award.

Graphic Artist 1 - $54,837 - $78,338
Graphic Artist 2 - $68,792 - $96,846
Graphic Artist 3 - $$85,825 - $103,400

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Transforms concepts into compelling visual designs across documents, publications, and web content
  • Delivers expert, self-directed graphic support-crafting polished briefings, documents, and web assets with thoughtful recommendations
  • Refines and adapts complex subject matter into clear, visually effective formats; evaluates layouts and artistic media to ensure alignment with customer objectives


Minimum Qualifications

Graphic Artist 1: 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.
Graphic Artist 2 - 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
Graphic Artist 3 - 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.

Must possess an active TS/SCI/Polygraph for consideration

Preferred Requirements

Brings meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational discipline, and clear communication to support high-precision visual design in defense environments.
