Your key duties

  • Contribute to the progression and delivery of structural engineering projects from concept to completion
  • Perform detailed structural analysis, design, and calculations
  • Participate in interdisciplinary project meetings
  • Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and design documentation
  • Support structural embodied carbon assessments and sustainability initiatives
  • Contribute to site visits and help monitor construction progress


Your skills and experience

  • Master's degree in structural, civil, or architectural engineering with an emphasis on structures
  • Relevant coursework in structural analysis, advanced steel design and advanced reinforced concrete design
    • Coursework in earthquake engineering is strongly preferred
  • Structural project design experience via prior internship and/or coursework projects (prior engineering internship experience is preferred)
  • Familiarity with Revit and 3D modeling (Rhino, SketchUp, etc.)
  • Interest and/or experience in visual programming (Dynamo, Grasshopper), coding (Python, C#), and open-source coding projects is a plus
  • Demonstrated interest in the built environment and sustainable design
  • Eagerness to learn and work as part of a multidisciplinary team

  • Salary range of $80,000 to $83,000. This will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience
