OVERVIEWThe Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a two (2) year structured learning and development program for select new graduates who hired into the ASR Group Engineering team.

We are looking for entry-level engineers in the following discipline: Chemical
GENERAL ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop multi-discipline (chemical, mechanical, controls, industrial or electrical) proficiency during the program.
- Review technical reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly Energy/Water).
- Perform basic lab tests with supervision of lab manager, prepare daily technical report with supervision.
- Produce SIPOC diagram for the department's operations, key physical locations.
- Participate in and lead Continuous Improvement projects.
- General electrical troubleshooting & equipment (starters, VFD, Soft starts & breakers).
- Perform Operational & Cost Studies.
- Perform tasks as an Area Supervisor.

- Communication: The ability to effectively and clearly communicate information and ideas.
- Self-starter: Have a strong sense of urgency and is deadline-oriented. The ability to handle multiple projects at one time.

- Proficient Microsoft Office skills, to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, the ability to write clearly and accurately.
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS- B.S. or M.S. in Chemical Engineering from an accredited college/university.
- 0 - 2 years of professional work experience (including internships and co-ops).
- Validated leadership experience through extra-curricular activities, employment and/or internship experiences is required.
- Strong academic record (3.0 GPA or better).
LOCATION:SALARY PAY RANGE: $63,500 - $105,500 plus bonus
The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on the candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
