Applies professional judgment to evaluate whether corrective actions adequately address audit findings and regulatory requirements.
  • Gap Analysis & Control Documentation: Partners with Business System owners and stakeholders to identify and assess compliance gaps and risks. Provides guidance on the documentation and implementation of controls and monitoring mechanisms to enhance compliance and sustain audit readiness. Develops recommendations to improve control effectiveness and regulatory alignment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination: Facilitates coordination among Business System owners, compliance teams, auditors, and other stakeholders to support audits, reviews, and corrective action activities. Provides clear, actionable guidance to stakeholders on regulatory expectations, audit issues, and risk-based compliance approaches.
  • Other Responsibilities: Supports departmental deliverables, including status reporting, risk assessments, and coordination of quarterly DFARS Business System certifications and risk meetings. Manages assigned activities to ensure timely completion while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information.
