Overview

The Government Program Manager, SLED (State, Local and Education) is responsible for the support, maintenance and development of Konica Minolta's products and services to prospects and existing government clients through its national cooperative contracts portfolio. This role works directly with the individuals on various channel sales teams - focused on the vertical - along with a matrix team of technology specialists to support sales engagements and communicate strategies.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with the Government Contracts Team to ensure Dealer Channel compliance including: State registration, dealer demographic information, submission of quotes, managing certification list and Dealer Participation Agreement/Compensation Letters
• Responsible for the administration of various revenue streams within the Dealer Channel to include internal routing, order processing and issue resolution
• Assist with Federal implementation and removal escalations by maintaining relationships within dealerships and within direct branches to identify sales representatives
• Lead recurring and ad hoc channel presentations - both internal and external - to maintain sales education and compliance with national cooperative contract strategies
• Support internal educational resources (e.g. - playbooks, portals, scripts) and external marketing content (e.g. - success stories, vertical trends)
• Manage incoming emails from internal and external stakeholders regarding questions about the use of national cooperative contracts
• Manage channel certification content and compliance
• Maintain knowledge of subscription services to generate points-of-contact for sales engagements
• Ensure government sales strategies are compliant and effectively implemented using the full resources of the company, including presentations, webinars and target account packages
• Coordinate with appropriate staff and departments to ensure all contractual, technical and logistical terms and conditions can be met
• Manage corporate resources effectively to maintain required timeliness so that contract award requirements are met

Qualifications
• BA / BS and Minimum 5 years minimum of industry experience
• Knowledgeable of multi-channel sales and support
• Strong sales and presentation skills
• Organizational and project management skills
• Proven success at working with and being the lead of a project team
• Exhibits strong coaching, decision making and leadership skills
• Experience working with large and complex government agencies
