What You Will DoYou will work alongside a passionate, driven team kicking off a relatively new product that is just beginning to enter the manufacturing space. You will have the opportunity to shape and sharpen processes that will be necessary to ensure this program's success.
This opening is for the business manager (M4) of Goal Keeper in the Loitering Munitions Portfolio, part of the Precision Fires & Maneuver Systems (PF&M) product area and the Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) strategic business unit. This role will support Loitering Munitions program leadership and oversee the financial scope of Goal Keeper which is currently executing its Phase 1, 2, and 3 contracts.
The manager will lead a team of 2 analysts to perform earned value management, IPDS gate activities, quarterly Estimates at Compete (EACs), funding analysis, balance sheet management, staffing analysis, and other financial control activities. This position is also responsible for the monthly forecasting and risk & opportunity management of Loitering financials. Managing your team of financial analysts will include providing training, assignments, and career development opportunities for employees. Top candidates will raise the performance level of their team and provide the organizations they support with timely and thorough quantitative analysis that supports business, program, and project decision making.
This role is being offered as hybrid (onsite & remote) with the preferred candidate located within a commutable distance to Tucson, AZ. Relocation assistance is not being provided.
Qualifications You Must Have:- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field & a minimum of 8 years of related professional work experience; OR an Advanced degree and 5 years of related professional work experience
- Experience with program controls, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Experience with APEX/SAP Managed Programs finance module & Business Warehouse or similar system
Qualifications We Prefer:- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with DoD contract financing and billing
- Earned Value Management System (EVMS) certification or equivalent Project Management Institute (PMI) certification
- Ability to apply, interpret, and provide financial leadership on Raytheon Policies and Procedures
- Self-starter highly motivated with a positive "can do" attitude that has excellent communication, organization, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
