Full Job Description
Role Summary:

The Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer is responsible for optimizing the company's end-to-end revenue engine across systems, data, and processes. This role partners closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Services leadership to design scalable processes, improve forecasting accuracy, and deliver actionable insights that drive business performance. The successful candidate will take a proactive, ownership-driven approach-identifying opportunities, challenging assumptions, and continuously improving how the organization operates.

The role also oversees the evolution of the company's revenue technology ecosystem (including CRM and adjacent platforms), ensuring systems are connected, efficient, and enable data-driven decision-making.

This is a senior individual contributor role with broad cross-functional impact. The ideal candidate is a builder-operator: technically curious, commercially sharp, automation-oriented and comfortable using AI to deliver practical solutions quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Revenue Systems & Technology Strategy
  • Own the sales revenue systems ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business needs and growth objectives
  • Define and manage a technology roadmap across CRM and adjacent tools (e.g., marketing automation, sales engagement, collaboration platforms)
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools and capabilities to enhance the revenue tech stack
  • Own the day-to-day health, architecture, and continuous improvement of Salesforce. This includes object design, fields, workflows, automations, integrations, data quality, permissions and the handoffs between Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Finance

Revenue Operations & Process Optimization
  • Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Services leadership to define and optimize go-to-market processes
  • Map and continuously improve the end-to-end revenue lifecycle (lead to opportunity to delivery and beyond)
  • Design AI-enabled workflows that reduce manual work and improve GTM execution. This may include account research, lead enrichment, territory/account matching, inbound routing, outbound personalization, follow-up automation, and sales-assist workflows
  • Build custom integrations between systems: Develop API connections that link sales, marketing, and data platforms to eliminate silos
  • Act as a strategic advisor - challenging and refining stakeholder requests to ensure scalable, high-impact solutions

Forecasting, Performance Management & Analytics
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize GTM tools that improve speed, data accuracy, rep productivity, and revenue visibility
  • Define, develop, and maintain key performance metrics and KPIs
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track pipeline health, conversion rates, and overall performance
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to leadership

Enablement & Adoption
  • Support onboarding of new team members through training on systems, tools, and processes
  • Ensure teams are effectively leveraging revenue systems and tools
  • Continuously improve user experience, adoption, and overall system effectiveness

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Development Representative (SDR), Sales Operations, or a similar role
  • Proven experience in workflow design to optimize CRM and revenue systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot or similar) in a B2B environment
  • Experience working with Claude/ChatGPT/vibe coding/Clay/Outreach
  • Familiarity with data enrichment and sales engagement tools (e.g., Apollo.io, ZoomInfo)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French (The position requires regular interaction with colleagues, suppliers and customers based outside of Quebec, nationally and internationally).
  • Experience managing or influencing a revenue technology stack (CRM, marketing automation, and related tools)
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into scalable systems and process improvements
  • Experience building reports, dashboards, and data models to support decision-making
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment

Assets:
  • Experience in a SaaS, software, or engineering services environment
  • Familiarity with system integrations, automation, and data architecture
