Full Job Description
This role is open in Palo Alto, Miami, and New York following a hybrid model. We ask that you're in our office 3 days per week.

How we Work

We move fast, debrief quickly, and expect you to own your output. This is a dynamic company, we value speed and decisiveness over process. You'll have the context you need to make good decisions, and the autonomy to make them.

About the Role

You'd build the system that finds our customers, qualifies them, reaches them, and gets smarter from every conversation we have. Two markets, Brazil and Mexico.

You'd be the first engineer dedicated to it, which means you'd design it rather than inherit it.

You'd report to our Global Head of GTM, who joined this year to build exactly this. He'll be in the work with you daily, not reviewing it quarterly.

You will partner closely with growth marketing, engineering, and country teams in Brazil and Mexico who know these customers cold. This is a function we're staffing, not a gap we're plugging. The company already decided this is how go-to-market should work, so you would not spend your first year arguing for permission to automate something.

What You'll Do
  • The outbound engine: The lists, the scoring, the sending infrastructure, the sequencing. You'll work out which signals actually predict a good account for us and build the pipeline that goes and finds them. Deliverability is yours, which means domains, warming, and inbox health are yours. We use an agency for part of this today, and bringing it in-house is the clearest win sitting in front of you in your first six months.
  • The sales execution layer: A brief in a rep's hands before they dial, assembled from CRM history, past calls, and market data. After the call, the transcript becomes the deal update, the follow-up, and a clean record without anyone retyping it. Internal agents for research, account mapping, and reporting.
  • The data foundation: You'll design how our revenue data is modeled: objects, lifecycle stages, deduplication, and the pipeline reporting leadership runs the business from. Most people in this work inherit someone else's schema and spend years building around it. You'd get to draw it.
  • The stack. Build-versus-buy is your call. Where a vendor earns its keep, keep it. Where it doesn't, replace it.
  • You'd build the go-to-market with our compliance team, not around them. That's the price of holding licenses in three countries in a highly regulated environment.
To Thrive in This Role, You Have

People arrive at this work from different places. RevOps, growth, engineering, running outbound at an agency. We don't care which. Here's what has to be true:
  • You have built things that work and keep working: Python, TypeScript, SQL, whatever fits. AI wrote half of it? Even better! We care that you shipped it and understand it well enough.
  • You've worked close to revenue: You've built something for a sales team and watched them use it.
  • You've put a model into production, not just into a chat window: Prompt design, structured output, error handling, and a feel for the distance between a demo and something a licensed fintech can run.
  • You know how a cold email reaches an inbox, and what breaks when it stops.
  • Portuguese and English, both working. You'll sit on calls with Brazilian customers, then go build with a team spread across the US and Mexico.
  • Nice to have: any exposure to logistics, trade, or cross-border payments. It takes a while to learn.
Compensation, Benefits and Perks
  • We're considering candidates at several experience levels for this role. Base compensation ranges from $130,000 to $225,000 per year and will be tailored to your background and qualifications.
  • Equity
  • Medical, dental and vision
  • 15 days paid time off
  • Learning and development budget
