What You'll DoAs our F&I Manager, you'll guide customers through finance and insurance options, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and positive car-buying experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing retail, commercial, and fleet contracts with accuracy and efficiency
- Submitting finance deals for approval within 24 hours and completing documentation within three business days
- Building strong relationships with finance sources to expand customer options
- Explaining leasing concepts, preparing contracts, and ensuring compliance with all requirements
- Training sales staff on financing options to increase penetration and income goals
- Maintaining complete and compliant insurance files and certifications
What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a motivated professional who thrives in a results-driven environment and delivers an outstanding customer experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree in finance preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of automotive finance experience
- Solid knowledge of dealership F&I processes and compliance standards
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills

- Authorized to work for any U.S. employer
