Responsibilities:
Provides management, leadership, and administrative support for contract personnel ensuring that the requirements of the Performance Based Work Statements are accomplished.
Leads a large, technically diverse team in successful execution of all contract and task order requirements through compete and awarded task orders, for Army, Navy, and Air Force.
Appropriately handles contract workloads within established budget and schedule guidelines.
Establishes budgets, forecasts, manpower, equipment, and supply needs for the overall execution of the contracts.
Exercises fully delegated responsibility and authority to act and communicate with current customers and potential future customers.
Develops, pursues, and captures contract orders in CONUS locations for SCA/CBA, FFP aviation maintenance task.
Provides oversight for all phases of the integrated capture management process including opportunity identification and qualification, win strategies and implementation, and oversight of the proposal process.
Collaborates with GLSS staff and corporate proposal, contracts, and pricing personnel.
Regularly provides corporate capability briefings to new and existing customers.
Regularly and frequently meets with other business and government leaders in the community.
Supports community engagements as required.
Defines and monitors metrics and performance measures to evaluate accomplishment of contract requirements and objectives under the GLSS ISO 9001:2015/AS9100D registered quality management system.
