In this role, you have the opportunity to lead global warehouse and distribution operations that ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient movement of medical technology products to customers around the world. You will drive operational excellence through strategic leadership, continuous improvement, and collaboration across the global supply chain while helping deliver better care for more people.

Your role:

  • Lead global warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring inbound receiving, storage, inventory handling, and outbound transportation are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with quality, regulatory, trade, and sustainability requirements.
  • Develop and execute warehousing and transportation strategies that improve service, optimize costs, increase automation, and enhance operational performance while supporting business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead large-scale initiatives focused on cost savings, infrastructure improvements, process optimization, and digital transformation, leveraging data analytics and Lean methodologies to deliver measurable business results.
  • Build, develop, and lead high-performing warehouse and logistics teams by fostering a culture centered on safety, continuous improvement, employee development, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, Business Units, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, and external logistics providers to optimize inventory strategies, transportation networks, supplier performance, and warehouse capacity while ensuring uninterrupted customer service.

You're the right fit if:

  • You've acquired 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 3+ years with a Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Warehouse Operations, Physical Distribution, Operations Management, or a related field, including leadership experience managing warehouse and distribution operations.
  • Your skills include warehouse management, transportation and logistics strategy, distribution operations, inventory optimization, supplier and vendor management, procurement support, transportation network management, Lean Continuous Improvement, operational excellence, process automation, data analytics, ERP/WMS systems, project management, budgeting, performance metrics, regulatory compliance, quality systems, and cross-functional leadership.
  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, or an equivalent discipline.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office role.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in MN is $114,000 to $182,000

The pay range for this position in MA is $128,000 to $204,000

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.   

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.  Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found . 

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Plymouth, MN or Bedford, MA.
