Job Description:

Purpose: The ideal candidate is passionate about supply chain planning and end-to-end processes, with a strong focus on leveraging systems and technology to drive performance and support evolving business needs. They will bring deep planning expertise, a continuous improvement mindset, and strong collaboration skills to partner across Operations, Customer Service, Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing, Finance and other groups to optimize supply chain performance.

You will be responsible for:
  • Planning and Forecasting - Develop, manage, and drive the global S&OP planning process for all products:
    • Leads the monthly Global S&OP process and serves as the key liaison between commercial, regional teams, finance, and operations teams. Conduct review meetings to align various stakeholders and inputs, updating demand, supply and inventory plans
    • Own forecast accuracy KPI and drive continuous improvement actions.
    • Oversees long range forecast/scenario modeling with finance and other groups
    • Develop/oversee new product launch and phase out plans, including forecasts, inventory targets, and introduction schedules with support of stakeholders.
  • Fulfillment and E2E Execution:
    • Lead the end-to-end fulfillment process by driving cross-functional alignment on escalation calls and ops reviews to maintain healthy inventory levels, improve financial performance, and mitigate backorder risk.
    • Lead cross functional alignment to ensure relevant issues are raised and follow-up actions or decisions are communicated back to the organization and acted upon - preventing impact on customer orders or inventory healthy
    • Oversee global supply chain material flow, including/balancing inventory in support of country regulatory approvals and balance between plants. Manage inventory level for global configuration management process.
  • Inventory Management - oversee development and execution of inventory strategies for inventory management.
    • Partner with development and sustaining teams and support new product/process introduction/phase out and inventory management scale-up strategies.
    • Facilitate supply chain risk management strategy, metrics, and action plan
    • Lead the implementation of an MRP, Scenario Planning and forecasting system for complex multi facility manufacturing and distribution
  • Monitor and ensure the integrity and accuracy for relevant master data maintained in SAP to support the demand and inventory forecasting of FG/SFG.
  • Achieve performance metrics: Service Level; Backorder; Inventory DIOH; Forecast Accuracy; Forecast Bias; Perform root cause analysis, implement action plans and strive for continuous improvement.
  • Lead and develop the planning team, providing support on daily operations and professional development goals


Qualifications / Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Supply Chain/Manufacturing Operations-related disciplines
  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, materials management, or manufacturing planning.
  • 3+ years people management experience.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to successfully interact and influence across functions and at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and able to make efficient decisions.
  • Consistently performs to a high level of accuracy in all tasks and has high attention to detail.
  • Highly adaptable, flexible, and willing to accept new ideas, processes, and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of DRP, MRP, and MPS. Knowledge of SAP Supply Chain modules (IBP, eWM, BW, MRP, MM)
  • Program management experience - ability to lead multiple project activities simultaneously, working with internal and external cross-functional groups
  • Results orientated with strong sense of urgency to mitigate risk and close issues


The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $122,000 - $212,750.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401k).This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program. Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits: Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year. Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours per calendar year. Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year. Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year.
