Full Job Description
Requirements

Today, we're looking for our Global VP of Talent Acquisition to build and lead our Ai-native shift and create the dream team for our next stage of growth. This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership challenge for designing a scalable, data-driven talent acquisition function across all regions in the world (North America, Europe, and APAC), all functions and levels -from AI expert to GTM and from Mid-level to Executives. You'll partner directly with the executive team and hiring managers to ensure we attract, hire, and onboard the talent needed to hit our growth targets, while building a TA function that's efficient, candidate-centric, and built for scale.

Because it's instrumental to the strategy, this role will report directly to the CEO.

What you would do:
  • Strategy & Leadership: Define and own the global talent acquisition strategy, aligning hiring plans with headcount budgets, business goals, and workforce planning across all regions.
  • Team Management: Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global TA team, including regional leads, recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators; set goals, coach performance, and grow internal talent.
  • Executive & Leadership Hiring: Personally in charge of hiring senior C-level roles with the CEO.
  • Process & Scale: Design and continuously improve AI Agents for recruiting processes, workflows, and SLAs to ensure a consistent, efficient, and high-quality hiring experience.
  • Employer Brand: Own the company's employer brand and candidate value proposition globally; partner with Marketing and Comms to strengthen our reputation as an employer of choice
  • Data & Metrics: Establish TA metrics and dashboards (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, pipeline conversion, diversity metrics) and use data to drive decisions and report to the executive team and board.
  • Systems & Tools: Own the ATS and recruiting tech stack; evaluate and implement tools (sourcing, assessment, AI-enabled recruiting tools, CRM) to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
  • DEI: Champion diverse and inclusive hiring practices globally, ensuring equitable processes across all regions.
  • Global & Compliance: Ensure hiring practices comply with local labor laws and regulations across all operating countries; manage relationships with external agencies, RPOs, and immigration/visa partners as needed.
  • Budget Ownership: Own the TA budget, including headcount, tooling, agency spend, and employer branding investments.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and executives on org design, market talent trends, compensation benchmarking, and hiring strategy.

What we are looking for:
  • 10+ years in talent acquisition, with 5+ years in a senior TA leadership role (VP, Head of TA, or similar) at a SaaS or high-growth AI company.
  • Proven experience building and scaling global TA functions across multiple countries/regions (US, Europe)
  • Track record of personally hiring C-Levels
  • Experience operating in a mid-size, fast-growing company environment
  • Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach balanced with strategic, big-picture thinking.
  • Experience managing distributed, cross-cultural teams.
  • Natural ability to convince and motivate C-Level candidates to join our AI strategy.
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable building and presenting TA metrics and forecasts to executive leadership and the board.
  • Deep knowledge of modern sourcing strategies, employer branding, and recruiting technology (AI Recruiter Agents, ATS, CRM).
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills; able to influence and partner with senior executives.
  • Strong understanding of global employment law and compliance considerations related to hiring.

Because when you thrive, we all succeed!
