As a Global Travel Manager, you will lead the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of Kellanova's global travel program. Reporting to the Director, Global Travel & Expense, this role will oversee travel policies, supplier partnerships, travel technology platforms, traveler experience, duty of care, and cost optimization initiatives across our global organization. You'll work closely with partners across Finance, Procurement, HR, Security, Legal, Tax, Sustainability, and IT to deliver a travel program that is safe, compliant, cost-effective, and user focused.
This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to influence travel strategy on a global scale. You'll collaborate with senior leaders, shape supplier partnerships, drive technology enhancements, and leverage data to improve both associate experience and business outcomes. The position offers broad exposure across multiple functions and provides an opportunity to build expertise in global operations, procurement, supplier management, risk management, and corporate services.
A Taste of What You'll Be Doing- Travel Program Leadership - Lead the execution and continuous improvement of Kellanova's global travel program, ensuring alignment with business priorities, associate needs, compliance requirements, and financial objectives.
- Supplier & Partner Management - Manage strategic relationships with travel management companies, airlines, hotels, ground transportation providers, and travel technology partners to drive performance, value, and service excellence.
- Technology & Process Optimization - Oversee travel and expense platforms, online booking tools, reporting solutions, and traveler support technologies while driving enhancements and change management initiatives.
- Cost & Performance Management - Monitor travel spend, supplier utilization, compliance metrics, and savings opportunities while developing recommendations that improve program effectiveness and financial results.
- Traveler Experience & Risk Management - Enhance the end-to-end traveler experience while supporting duty of care, traveler safety, compliance, and business continuity through strong partnerships and proactive program governance.
We're Looking for Someone With- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Hospitality, Human Resources, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 3-5 years of experience managing global or regional corporate travel programs.
- Experience working with travel management companies, airline, hotel, and ground transportation supplier programs, online booking tools, and travel expense platforms.
- Demonstrated success delivering cost savings initiatives, supplier performance management, policy governance, and stakeholder engagement programs.
- Strong understanding of corporate travel industry trends, supplier markets, distribution channels, travel risk, and traveler experience best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and business insights.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and influencing skills with the ability to partner effectively across a global, matrixed organization.
- Ability to travel both domestic and international.
CompensationThe annual salary range is $106,500 - $139,755, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
