Full Job Description
Are you familiar with Trade compliance processes and technologies? We are looking for someone owning this expertise to join the Trade Compliance System & Project Team. In this role, you will have a major impact on strategic and tactical initiatives in support of our global operations and transformation.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Contribute to the integration of business processes for the optimization of trade compliance processes
  • Work closely in a multidisciplinary team and in relation with several international stakeholders
  • Define, validate and implement different business processes
  • Gather requirements, translate them to the functional team, test the solution and make it adopted by the end users
  • Execute end-to-end validation of processes and variants from source systems
  • Support the standard operating procedures necessary for the execution of business processes
  • Identify and support the resolution of process execution and testing issues (process and data)
  • Collaborate in the transfer of knowledge of new processes to user community
  • Work with stakeholders affected by data issues and collaborate with transformation change management teams to align adjustments to be made Create training contents to be presented to the Global GTS Community
  • Advocate for GTS to defend the Trade Compliance best interests in the Company.


In addition :

  • Develop your knowledge of processes and systems directly related to trade compliance operations.
  • Own deliverables within the various initiatives, enhancements, incidents resolution, transformation projects.
  • Work with all the key players of international operations at the company
  • To be part of a dynamic and passionate team having a great influence on decision-making and in connection with other stakeholders related to transformation projects


YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • University degree in a subject directly related to information technology or international customs operations
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC, S4/HANA SD/MM, SAP GTS, is a plus
  • Ability to identify optimization and simplification opportunities
  • Very good interpersonal and teamwork skills, leadership, curiosity and a good sense of organization
  • Ability to put oneself in the position of stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively based on objectives
  • Ability to work on multiple subjects
  • Bilingualism essential both oral and written (French and English), any other language is welcomed
  • Experience in an environment related to manufacturing operations is an asset
